Coconut naan bread



A simply quick recipe - we didn’t have any bread to go with dinner so quickly put together this dough


1 tin of coconut milk

3 1/2 cups self raising flour


In a large platter bowl pour the coconut milk in and slowly mix the flour to make a nice dough.

Make a big ball and cut into 8 pieces then into 8 balls - flatten each one with fingers to be a nice flat bread shape. Heat skillet on medium and drizzle a small amount of olive oil and a small pat of butter. Cover with tea towel and serve warm.
